Shipping charges
Orders below ₹999 carry a shipping charge of ₹99. Orders of ₹999 or more ship free — shown as “Free” at checkout automatically once your cart crosses that amount.
Delivery estimate
Delivery time depends on the product and your pincode, since every item ships from the artisan or organization who made it. Enter your pincode in the “Check delivery estimate” box on any product page for an estimate before you buy.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, its progress — placed, confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered — is visible on the order’s page under Your Orders. Larger orders may arrive as more than one shipment if items come from different sellers.
Bulk orders
Products with bulk ordering enabled show their own lot size and shipping arrangements are confirmed as part of the bulk order quote — look for “Bulk orders available” on the product page.
