What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone) when you sign up; delivery addresses you save; your cart and order history; and, if you sell on Kricee, your organization’s business, bank, and contact details.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, handle returns and refunds, show you relevant products, and respond when you contact us.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment gateway partner — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials on our own servers.
Sharing
We share only what’s needed to fulfil an order: your delivery address and order details go to the artisan/organization shipping it, and payment details go to our payment gateway. We don’t sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. You can sign out at any time from your profile menu, which clears your session.
Your choices
You can update your profile, addresses, and marketing email preference from your account settings, or ask us to close your account entirely.
