What is Kricee?

Kricee is a marketplace for authentic, regional Indian craft traditions. Every product is linked to the artisan or organization who made it, and to the craft and city it comes from.

Are the products genuinely handmade?

Products marked "Authentic handmade craft" on their product page are handmade by the listed artisan. Non-handmade products instead show whatever their seller has chosen to highlight (e.g. certified quality, premium materials) — that badge is always shown on the product page so you know which applies before you buy.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart from any product page, then go to your cart to review it and check out. You can apply a promo code and pick a delivery address during checkout.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected securely through our payment gateway at checkout — no card or bank details are ever stored on our own servers.

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Can I return or replace an item?

Most categories allow returns within a window of their own (7 days after delivery by default). See Returns & Refunds for how to request one from your order.

Can I sell my own craft on Kricee?

Yes — visit Sell on Kricee to register your organization. Every seller and product is reviewed before it goes live.
