Cancellation Policy
Before an order is confirmed
An order can be cancelled for free while it’s still in Placedstatus — a “Cancel order” button appears on Your Orders for as long as that status holds, since the artisan hasn’t started preparing it yet.
Once it’s confirmed
After an order moves to Confirmed, Packed, or Shipped, it can no longer be self-cancelled from the site — the item is being made ready or is already on its way. The delivery address can still be updated up until the order is packed, and the contact number up until it ships, from the same order page.
After delivery
Once an order is delivered, cancellation no longer applies — use Returns & Refunds instead to request a return or replacement.
